An authorized agent must provide signed written permission, and we may still ask the account holder to verify identity directly.

What happens next

We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. If we cannot verify your identity we may not be able to fulfil the request; where the law requires it, we will instead treat an unverified deletion request as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.

If we decline, you may appeal by sending another request marked Appeal. You may also complain to your state attorney general or another supervisory authority, though we would rather you contact us first at shay@mochifinance.com.
